Position Summary:

The Call Center Team Manager is an integral, front line, role within Sextant Marketing, providing leadership to team members who are supporting various stages of the enrollment funnel with our university partners.  This position provides hands-on opportunities to evaluate and guide team members through their day-to-day tasks.  The Team Manager will serve as the team’s primary contact and guide in the establishment of daily assignments, goal, and objectives.  The Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and top-tier experience is delivered with each interaction on behalf of our partners.  In addition, they will be responsible for ensuring the team meets all benchmarks associated with the assigned university.  The position will require flexibility related to scheduling as day, evening and weekend coverage may be required.  The optimal candidate will have prior traditional and/or online enrollment management experience, strong project management skills and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.  This role will work closely with our internal enrollment management team as well as our partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Team Manager will be responsible for the successful performance of assigned team members.  The Manager will be responsible for scheduling, time management, productivity, performance, and compliance to ensure the goals and objectives of partner universities are met or exceeded.  As a team manager, you are expected to employ an entrepreneurial mentality to actively engage with our partners, and all internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and the delivery of a student centric experience on behalf of our partners.  Thus, the candidate will support all aspects related to the leadership and management of the assigned team(s).  Examples of these responsibilities would include:

  • Work directly with the client to set periodic enrollment targets, lead qualification and conversion goals, and develop strategies for achieving these goals.
  • Clearly communicate client objective/performance goals to internal Sextant Marketing teams/ Enrollment Advisors.
  • Interpret analytics reporting to optimize campaigns, agent performance and productivity.
  • Conduct regular status meetings to ensure client satisfaction and progress toward achieving designated objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with client’s institutional policies and procedures.
  • Manage Enrollment Advisors engagement with prospects and applicants throughout the qualification and or recruitment process.
  • Establish Enrollment Advisor goals and performance objectives in support of client objectives.
  • Monitor Enrollment Advisors engagements with prospects and create coaching, counseling as well as training programs to support performance goals and agent success.
  • Day to day management of assigned enrollment pipeline (book of business) to ensure that appropriate engagement and follow up strategies are deployed
  • The Team Manager reports directly into the Vice President of Engagement Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Excellent communication skills; comfort with being on the phone and communicating through emails and text messaging.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of and working knowledge of CRM’s (preferably Sales Force).
  • A positive attitude coupled with an innate desire for personal and professional success.
  • Expert at organizational management and applying good judgment on business endeavors.

Position Summary:

The Enrollment Management Advisor is an integral role within Sextant Marketing, providing customer-focused engagement supporting the enrollment funnel with our university partners.  This position provides hands-on opportunities to evaluate and guide students through the evaluation, application, and enrollment process.  The Advisor will serve as the prospective student’s first personal interaction with the university and the online program. The Enrollment Management Advisor will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and top-tier experience is delivered with each interaction.  In addition, they will be responsible for meeting all enrollment benchmarks associated with the assigned university.  The position will require flexibility related to scheduling as day, evening and weekend coverage may be required during the enrollment cycle.  The optimal candidate will have prior ground and/or online enrollment management experience, strong project management skills and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service.  This role will work closely with our internal enrollment management team as well as our partners.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Enrollment Management Advisor will be responsible for engaging with prospects and applicants through the entire recruitment cycle.  The Advisor will work with a pipeline (database) of prospective students and applicants from initial inquiry through handoff to the Student Success coach at the beginning of the academic term.  As an Advisor, you are expected to employ an entrepreneurial mentality to actively engage with our partners and all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program’s success while delivering a student centric experience.  Thus, the candidate will support all aspects of the new student enrollment funnel/cycle.   Examples of these responsibilities would include:

  • Qualify and evaluate new prospect inquiries to ensure the candidate meets the defined qualifications for the indicated program of interest. This will be accomplished through a discovery conversation with the individual.
  • Guide and assist the prospect through the completion of the application and the collection of all associated documents needed to complete the student file for review (transcripts, resume, letters of recommendation, etc.). The goal is to guide the student through this process, so they are ready for acceptance review and then to move them to the next phase of the enrollment funnel as an accepted student.
  • Day to day management of your assigned enrollment pipeline (book of business) to ensure that appropriate engagement and follow up strategies are deployed for those assigned to you.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise related to the degree program(s) and the university partner that you are supporting. This will include such items as admissions requirements, curriculum, program structure, noted facts related to the university and the faculty associated with the degree in question, program value, industry trends related to the program, etc.
  • Attending and leading virtual and in-person events as scheduled by the partners (these may occur outside of the normal schedule).
  • Collaborates with internal/external team members to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Able to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and the ability to effectively communicate these.
  • Communicates directly with prospective students and related partners in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Candidate must show desire to lead, effectively manage multiple tasks and grow within the role.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle of client marketing campaigns. Thus, the candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the digital marketing funnel and aid in or be responsible for the completion of timely projects for key clients.

Examples of these responsibilities would include:

  • Implement and measure digital marketing campaigns, as well as assisting in a wide variety of marketing-related tasks from creative, to execution and reporting.
  • Responsibilities will range from web content writing and publishing, to collateral creation and fulfillment vendor management, to marketing automation campaign management and reporting.
  • Manage the social media strategy for the company and our respective clients as applicable.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Position Summary: 

The Director, Client Services is an integral role within Sextant Marketing, providing customer-focused marketing solutions, while supporting the team in strategic and tactical execution of marketing activities. This position is responsible for managing the overall relationship with several higher education clients within Sextant Marketing’s portfolio. The Director, Client Services leads client strategy and growth opportunities, oversees budget forecasting and marketing planning, is a skilled marketing practitioner, and both manages and actively participates in the day-to-day activities for their assigned clients. The optimal candidate will have experience in higher education client relationship management, digital lead generation, contract management and team development, and familiarity with multi-channel digital media planning and execution (SEM, paid social, display, etc.) whether in a professional services or education environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities 

Reporting to the Managing Director, Client Services, the Director, Client Services will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and working with Sextant Marketing’s leadership to drive our overall client strategy.  In addition to delivering organic growth from existing clients, the desired candidate brings a strong business development mentality to complement their ability to nurture existing business. This person will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their lead generation, enrollment and revenue goals via the execution of data-driven approaches, strategic marketing planning, building collaborative internal and external relationships, and ensuring the timely and effective execution and optimization of digital lead generation campaigns.

Examples of these responsibilities would include:

  • Working directly with the client to set periodic enrollment targets, budget and lead goals, and develop strategies to achieving these goals.
  • Expertly owning and communicating client background, objectives and financial implications to internal Sextant Marketing teams and both lead and contribute to the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Driving Sextant growth through preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients, while identifying and acting on organic growth opportunities to expand Sextant’s existing client relationships and contract renewals.
  • Creating and interpreting analytics, media and CRM reporting to optimize campaigns to maximize quality lead delivery and exceed cost per enrollment targets.
  • Identifying target audiences, developing messaging and creative strategies and media segmentation to reach and convert individuals into student enrollments.
  • Conducting regular status meetings to ensure client satisfaction and progress toward achieving designated objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with client’s institutional brand standards.
  • Acting as liaison between internal/external clients, partner agencies, execution team and management to ensure flawless communications and program execution.
  • Working with Sextant Marketing leadership to develop and promote expanded service lines.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required 

  • Proven leadership and client relationship skills, as demonstrated by a track record of successful organic growth and strong business performance
  • A strongly entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset, capable of both seeing the bigger picture and managing the details required to deliver assigned work on time and within client and manager’s expectations
  • A “player/coach” mentality, adept at both leading others and contributing to the work and the team
  • Familiarity with sales funnels and performance analysis (forecasting and optimization)
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, measuring and optimizing integrated marketing and lead generation campaigns, and a history of achieving lead goals through the identification of unique audiences and targeted campaigns within strict budget management parameters.

  • Strong presentation development and delivery skills
  • Proficiency in the following software packages and tools:

Education & Experience Requirements 

    • At least 8 years of client relationship management experience, preferably with executive-level client contacts (bonus points for higher education category experience)

    • Referenceable experience working directly with Presidents, Provosts, Deans, Vice Presidents and other applicable leadership in higher education facing industries preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree required.

This role will work closely with the Vice President of Marketing Services and the Marketing Services team of designers, copywriters, marketing managers and project managers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle of client marketing campaigns through the development of creative assets. Thus, the candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the digital marketing funnel and aid in or become responsible for the completion of timely creative assets for key clients. Examples of these responsibilities would include:

  • Ability to conceptualize a creative idea/message from the information presented in a creative brief.
  • Learn to implement best practices in direct response digital media.
  • Maintain an image library for clients based on brand guidelines and optimize images for the requested medium.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new content, imagery and messaging for clients within our portfolio.
  • Stay up-to-date on the ad unit availability and ad specifications for digital platforms such as Google Display Network, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snap Chat, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality, while meeting deadlines.

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite products.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfort with being on the phone and communicating through emails.
  • Positive attitude with an optimistic and energetic disposition.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines and learn advanced strategies.
  • Desire to learn and excel with a growing company.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Applicable experience may negate degree requirements.
    • Basic understanding of internet marketing principles & Search Engine Optimization.
    • Basic social media experience, personal or professional, focused on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Snap Chat and Pinterest – additional platforms a plus.
    • Experience with Social Media Management software, such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Hubspot is a plus
    • Experience with Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Drupal, Hubspot, Sitecore, Umbraco and similar is a plus.
    • Experience with the Higher Education marketing industry is a plus.
